Bernd Spehl (clarinets, Moldovan fluier, vocals) has published 3 CDs (Ballroom, Radio TOV!, KlezCats) with A TICKLE IN THE HEART and has played concerts throughout Germany, London, Paris, Amsterdam and Washington D.C. (Jewish Film Festival, State Department). He has participated in numerous international workshops and Yiddish courses in London and Weimar. Bernds travels in search of new and old Yiddish music regularily lead him to New York and Moldova. He collaborates with world famous storyteller Pesakh Fiszman from New York in a Yiddish stories and music project. Several times a year he joins his colleagues from London and Kishinev to tour Europe with the international KLEZMER ALLIANCE.
